About me
Hi, my name is Sin.
I am a Senior Product Designer and Product Manager based in Munich, with 8 years shipping digital products across fintech, enterprise SaaS, and B2B platforms in Munich, Vienna, Tokyo, and beyond.
I specialize in the space where design systems, product strategy, and emerging technology intersect.
I bring strong product instincts, a bias toward end-to-end ownership, and a genuine interest in how AI is changing the way design and engineering teams collaborate. Outside of work, I compete in web3 hackathons — with 15 wins across global events. Web3 is now and the future! 🌞
Web3 and building
Outside of work, I build web3 and AI applications.
Competing at ETHGlobal hackathons taught me something a regular product role couldn't: how to go from nothing to something real in 48 hours, with people you just met, on a problem no one has solved yet.
I'm drawn to entrepreneurship less as a career label and more as a reminder that shipping something imperfect will always beat waiting until it's ready.
Skills
AI enthusiast, and the way I work
I think about AI the way I think about design: not as something you add at the end, but as something that changes how you work from the beginning.
I co-own an AI assistant product at cplace, which means I'm designing for AI while also designing with it. I vibe code — I use Claude Code to go from idea to working interface in a single session. That loop between thinking and making is something I find genuinely exciting, and I don't think that excitement is going away.

Product design
Designing well, to me, means caring about the person on the other side of the screen. Seven years in enterprise software and fintech taught me that good design isn't about making things pretty — it's about making complexity feel manageable.
I'm research-first, systems-minded, and I still get a quiet satisfaction every time a component snaps into place exactly right.
Figma, design tokens, Storybook, user interviews, usability testing, prototyping, accessibility auditing.
Entrepreneurship
I've participated in Y Combinator twice as a CPO, and both times changed how I think about building products. When you're responsible for the product vision at that stage, you learn quickly that strategy without execution is just a document — and execution without a clear point of view leads nowhere fast.
My approach is to start with the problem worth solving, work backwards to what needs to be true, and stay close enough to the details that nothing important gets lost in translation between idea and shipped product.
